Montacute less than 20 minutes drive from our holiday cottages. The village has much more to offer than just the House. Lady's Walk is an enchanting woodland walk through Park Covert which is part of the estate.
The gate into Lady's Walk is in Montacute village at map reference ST 4962 1691.

Rather than walk back through Park Covert we returned across the valley.
